I don't think you would have much luck. Just basing that on my experience with slugs. Of course you can't loose much giving it a try as it would be easy to go back to square.

I have been following this thread and enjoying the banter.
MD I have learnt a lot from and enjoyed the experiments you have posted here in the past. Could I humbly offer a suggestion. Could you load the shells with powder, wads and shot? To eliminate the shot cups. Looking forward to the pictures.
