I added a .50 cal block (four hole square block) to the bunch.

I need a 17/32 drill bit to make the .50 cal blocks. Sanding out the 1/2" hole was a pain.

Very nice :thumbsup: a small sanding wheel on a drem works pretty good but kinda modern. :redface:
 
I use some 150 or 220 grit sandpaper wrapped around a dowel.. couple of seconds (depending on the ball/patch combination) twisting it into each hole in the block opens it up for snug fit (could do the slot in the dowel and drill power trick). I just got a new GPR .54 flinter so have to make some new ones myself.
