We’ve probably all had the need for a small amount of strong glue, years ago when two part epoxies first came out in tubes I was lamenting the fact that no matter how carefully I squeezed the tubes, I always had glue left over.
An old WW1 armourer, Jack Ryan, gave me this tip (which probably everyone knows, however , , , ) and that is to use two tooth picks, insert just a little way into the respective tubes then mix.
Throw away when finished.
I’ve saved a heap of relatively expensive glue over the years, works just as well for ordinary glue in tubes and lots of other things as well.
