Not too hard. With a good tight patch on a cleaning rod jag, mark the rod and push it in 24 inches. Take not where it is at two feet. If the rod turned half way around, you have 1/48twist. So basically you need to figure out what degree it turns. You may need to do this a couple times to get a accurate accessment.

Or push that tight fitting rod to the breech. Make a flag of masking tape pointing at the sight at the muzzle. Pull the rod and watch the flag rotate. When it rotates either half a turn or a quarter turn, measure to the muzzle. Multiple by 2 for a half turn or 4 for a quarter turn.
