Help with globe front sight

Hello All,
I have a globe front sight on an older kit gun that I "think" is the Uberti. It's 1.25'' long with long flat sides. The insert is in the middle. It has the colored peep target insert and I can't shoot well with any peep front sight. Whereas, I can shoot very accurate with a post front sight. I need to find a post insert but I'm not sure this is the Uberti brand sight. I can't post a picture but if one would like send me a text to 936-552-1380 and I will text you a picture. Thanks

I think you need more post before you can attach pictures. Some pictures would be helpful to resolving your problem. If you could participate in some forum discussions you'll build your post count to where you can attach pictures.
