Help with a date range for this pistol

I’m a handgun junkie…I love pistols.

Below is one of my favorites. I need some help from the experts on where in the historical timeline this one would fall.

I’m thinking post Revolution up to 1800. But it also seems to fit in the 1820 time frame also. Opinions are welcome.
