Super easy fix. Pull off the front post and insert a small piece of brass rod 1/16 thick that will fit snug in the hole, tap it in. File down at the range till you get the height adjusting the POI. I also put a small dab of white paint on the post tip making the sight picture better. Mine is right on at 20-25 yards.
Just grab it with plyers and pull eh? Makes me nervous....don't want to have sights that seem to fall off often

Make sure you get a tight fit when tapped into the hole and it will not fall off.
