Hello all, I’m a novice to the muzzle loader world and looking for more info on the subject. I have very limited experience with muzzle loaders and black powder in general other than shooting some various pieces an old client of mine would allow me to shoot when he came to a range I worked at 30+ years ago, now that I’m retired I’m thinking I may want to try a new hobby. Thanks

Welcome from Indiana. As a “newbie” myself, I can attest to the fact that this is a fantastic community of people that are more than willing to impart their knowledge to help you along. They are, for the most part, very lenient of some of the dumbest questions… ask me how I know… 🤣

Welcome from Idaho. You've come to the right place. Post a picture of your rifle or pistol, that's always a good way to start the conversation.
