Hello Gang
OK I am a fairly good cook, love dutch ovens etc... So what I am looking for is your best ham reciepe... So please let me borrow them I really would love some different ways of cooking up porkers... My best regards a loyalist Dawg :hatsoff:

Hey dawg which kinda ham ya talken about? the salted n smoked(country)style or fresh off the hog?

a pork shoulder that has been trimmed well and slow-cooked in a DO over a medium fire (about 3-4 hours)then B-B-Q sauce added the last hour of cooking is good eats. watch the salt, the sauce likely has some in it. have some coleslaw ready for B-B-Q sandwiches. and hot pepper sauce.
