Hey fellers, where a good place to buy a Traditions Crockett .32 BP? I'd like to try my hand at tree rats this year with one and thats my weapon of choice.
BTW, can you still ship them in the USPS or does it have to go thru a dealer...Bud

I think the best price around is midsouthshooterssuppy.com
they have the crockett for $258. I have bought several rifles from them and have got good service.
And brown will deliver to your door, no problem (in most states).

I have a .32 cal deer hunter with a wood stock and it's a real shooter, at 25 yards you can drive tacks. It's not as pretty as the crocket but it shoots excellent and is alot cheaper.

I have a brand new plastic stock Bobcat that I would happily trade for a .32 caliber rifle!

Nifeman,
Got my .32 Traditions Crockett from RMC Sports
about 1 1/2 to 2 years ago and paid $289, like Mid-South
they are excellent people to deal with. www.rmcsports.com.
Like others have said it is a great shooting little
rifle. With 25grs 3fff goex and .310 PRB very easy on
the wallet. Best of luck with whatever you decide.

Just noticed that Rick has one listed on this sites classified page. Very good price also

Looks like a very good deal! With 20 rounds fired it's almost new. Shipped UPS from anywhere stateside should not
run more than $20. Good luck!

I got the 32 cal deerhunter from traditions website and it is worth every cent. Shoots good and I love the sights. It's not historically correct but it stuffs from the front so I guess it's still a frontstuffer. :m2c:
