My buddy with the lathe and I got the barrel and breech plug bored and turned last night. Next comes attaching the trunions, bolting the base together and attaching the completed tubes and trunions to the base. Will post pictures as soon as the digital camera arrives. GC
 
How many hours do you have in the barrel so far?

I turned a few chunks of metal and I know it's time consuming...
