Friends, our 2nd Amendment rights are always under attack and the NRA has been a constant for decades in helping fight that fight.
We have partnered with the NRA to offer you a discount on membership and Muzzleloading Forum gets a small percentage too of each membership, so you are supporting both the NRA and us.
you guys know of any paper targets that have concentric scoring rings used for artillery live fire? I was thinking it would be a great 500yrd musket target.
No I don't know of any. I use old used appliances that don't cost a dime. I attach the exploding targets in case I get a "center" hit. Works for me...... :surrender:
The North-South Skirmish Assn. uses 2 targets for artillery competition. One is a mounted cannon facing you and the other is concentric rings. They are roughly 3' X 4' on glossy paper. These can be purchased from the property manager at Ft. Shenandoah and run about $3.70 each. I don't know the size of the bull or the scoring rings but I could probably call him and find out. I don't have contact info for him at the moment except his home # which I wouldn't give out without permission and I don't know if he could ship them. If you are interested and he can't ship them I could pick up some and send them to you as I'm about 10 miles from the assn's. national range and my wife goes by it twice a day.
