I've bought it at Saugerties Outfitter's, before I ordered from Powder Inc. That's on SR 32 in Ulster County. Look them up and give them a call.

I buy mine online, it's usually cheaper that way. I go to Gettysburg every year, so I will stop by at fort Chambers and get it there too. I also live in upstate NY and I can't seem to find BP around here.
