I had some health issues that caused me to drop off the forum, hunting and several other aspects of my life. But now, I'm better and am coming back. In fact, I just bought a T/C Hawken .45 off of Gunbroker. Whew!! The ad said it needed a good cleaning....that should be finished about February  Anyway, it is good to be back, and I look forward to reading all I have missed. BTW, I plan to get started soon on a TN flinter. Roundball has had an affect on me with his posts about those guns.

Welcome back to the forum and enjoy your new gun. I am glad to hear your health is improving. Happy Turkey day.

I tell every Vietnam Veteran I meet "Welcome Home" (USMA65 kinda indicates that). Now, get to cleaning that rifle. Looks like a great winter project to return it to it's previous condition.
