I want to sell by shotgun made by William Smith of London. The barrel is 34.25” long and the overall length of the gun is 50 inches. The barrel is worn but the words SMITH PRINCES ST LONDON LAMINATED STEEL can still be read. The stamp marks on the underside of the barrel indicate that it was proof tested in Birmingham, possibly twice. So, it was likely made in the early to mid-1800’s. Everything is in working order and I fired both barrels once without ammunition. Asking $475 o.b.o..

I retract my “I’ll take it”

Seller first stated bores were in good condition.

Seller sent this pic: 0F0C196E-EF0F-43C1-821F-AD273DB0806A.jpeg

Seller would not answer if these were pits or fouling buildup.

These are laminated barrels.

Buyer beware.
