I have used in a flintlock. It doesn't work well at all unless you put some BP down the barrel first.

I was told by the Log Cabin people that it would not work in a Flinter. I trust thier word as they have a lot more years experience than me!

I tried it during small game season in my 32 flinter, i wasn't impressed. It fired but more than not I had hang fires. I'll have to see how it works in my double barrel shotgun, it's a caplock. Steve s.

I tried the FF APP and it does not work. I even tried it in my sidelock and got hangfires and misfires. If anyone wants to try it I would suggest getting it in FFF granulation as the FF is very coarse. It felt underpowered compared to goex. Hit about 2 in low at 50 yds and perceived recoil was much less.
