LOL, sorry, yes .395 i shoot a 45 also and that was on my brain,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
i have tried the thicker denim and that make no difference. so, i mostly shoot the .18 ticking, as long as the patch comes out looking good, most of the time that is all you need. at the explosion the patch expands anyway and fills and seals the bore with gas and that is all you need,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,
