Mystery underhammer casting

Going to throw this out there and see if anyone recognizes these parts. Possibly someone who was into long range bench guns in the 80s. These are some underhammer castings that I am going to get from a friend. He got them from Ron Long, I dont know if he designed them or if they came from somebody else. Does anyone possibly recognize the design. My friend says he only saw one put together once back in the early 80s. We have no other information on the design. Even a picture of a gun would tell me a lot.

I built one of these back in the 80's. Can't remember who was putting them out and I sold that rifle many years ago. You are missing the piece that was the combination spring and trigger guard.

Lots of work there, including making/fitting pins and spring. Not certain who made the parts. I don't think it is a Minute-men kit (Jerry Devaudreiul) as his were more complete. This just looks like castings, with no spotting for the pin locations that I can see.

I was assuming it was intended to use an external main spring but wasn't 100 percent sure. That helps me out thanks.

I have never seen that kit before. Here is a link to a kit I sold a few months that's vaguely similar and I think may still be on the market.

The spring also doubles as the trigger guard.

I have not seen an under hammer action like that before. but would be interested in one to play around with.
