Fnally got a handle on this bearded style axe made for me by John Cummin (southrn Indiana) blacksmith. He combined iron and nickle. Beautiful forge work! Handle is a piece of cherry left over from a rifle made many years ago. Still pondering a rawhide lacing wrap.
