I've purchased 2.15 acres in Hawley, and tried to build a home there this year. The builders were so busy that I couldn't get one started. I'm in Southampton, PA now, and to close to Philly, but I'm glad I didn't sell my house last year, or I'd be up the creek now. Lived in the Poconos for 22 years. Can't wait to get back! I live in Mullica Hill, NJ but spend a lot of time hunting up by the lake. Probably will run into you sooner or later.
 
Welcome from the Lehigh Valley. I'm part of a club up by Bushkill Falls. I'm up in the Poconos all the time. That PA late season can be brutally cold, but it can be an awesome season. Welcome to the forum.
