Sportsmans Warehouse in Phoenix (the one near I-17) had CCI, Remington and RWS #11 caps this weekend, as well as RWS musket caps.

I mostly use #10s, but bought two tins of #11s to try as well as 2 tinsof musket caps.

I resisted the urge to clean them out as I already have a decent supply and wanted to leave some for the next guy.

Good stock of BP subs there as well.

More and more seems to be shaking lose all the time and the price is going down
And I live in the geographic middle of nowhere

Today I found a shop here in town that specializes in SASS and BP stuff. CCI 10, 11, 11 mags and Win 11 Mags. Plenty of Goex on hand as well as all of the subs. Lots of round balls, patches, conicals, lubes, cleaning stuff etc. I feel like I hit the mother lode with this shop. The other shop in town that had perc caps a few months ago, still had thousands of them on hand.

Thunderstick Trading??

Shoot, we have #10 caps, #11 caps, something called Musket caps and .22s are showing up on the shelves again.

I just bought a box of 555 rounds of .22 long rifle for $35.00 at the local Sheels store.

I also just picked up some Goex 3f at the Bass Pro store over the weekend. I'm planning on reloading some S&W .38s and .32s for some very old S&W breaktops I own. So I'll be putting out a lot of smoke. :haha:

Makes me sick to hear about all the Bass Pro Shops selling Goex - all apparently do except for the one close to me in Mesa, AZ - Manager and inventory person there profess ignorance about any Bass Pros selling real BP, and say they have no provision to store any, and never will.

They lied to me last year! I called said they dont carry it and a friend went down and returned with 2 lbs?? :idunno: I just gonna buy on line cuz I really wanna try swiss once

That just plain sucks. Maybe you can contact the main headquarters and talk with them about why this one Bass shop doesn't conform to what the others around the country offer.

I'd sure be giving someone a piece of my mind. And believe me, I can't really spare too many pieces because I've got so little left. :rotf:
