You may be right on the wordage. My first Ferriers that I owned was given to me by a man by the name of Jack. He invited me and my son to help with a bowmaking camp near Tillamook on the reservation. I was honored to have been there with some of the finest self bow makers in our country. We spent 3 days there and he handled me one of those big babies.

Per request got weight from butcher in town. This hawk weighs 1.32 lbs.
