Hello all! I'm 75, been a coon hunter here in central Ma. most of my life and an all around firearms enthusiast. I've been away from black powder shooting for quite a while and am getting back into it again. I've a CVA Hawken .54 kit gun, a T/C Renegade .54, and a T/C Hawken .45. I cast for all of them and am currently going to work with 777 powder. Any suggestions will be welcome. I used to use Goex FFG and FFFG. Best wishes to all for a happy "remembering" weekend.

Welcome Whiteoak! Glad to see your getting into black powder again! Keep those smoke poles a blazin! I know Goex is out right now but there are other black powders available. Scheuetzine is around right now and Goex will be available early in 2023 hopefully.
