Thanks. They should have stuck with the double trigger. This trigger is horribly heavy. I’d guess at least 10lbs or more. I looked on Tracks website. They call for a 12-28 nipple for a Cherokee. That might be why the 1/4-28 one I ordered for it years ago doesn’t fit well.
The trigger can be tuned, it has too much engagement and the surfaces can be stoned.
 
T/C has built a lot of stuff we’ve never seen before... there’s a single trigger Hawken on gunbroker. A couple of Express Rifles, High Plains Sporters, and I’m sure others... what the heck, if you have a factory and a staff of gunsmiths wouldn’t you play around from time to time?
