I have two old tc molds and plan to pick up some newer lymans and old lymans as well. Will their large handles work on all of these or do I need small handles and large as well. I prefer just having to buy just one set.

TC sold so many different molds over the years that it would be impossible to tell. You will need to go to a reloading store that sells handles and find one that fits. Tom.

All 8 of my TC and 4 of my Lyman RB/MB single cavity molds (32-54 cal) work perfect with either TC handles or the Lyman small handles. More trouble, but RCBS handles would work as well on both mold brands if you added a shim to take up the slop.

luckily these are in the same packaging the fake wood grain box. I have one in .44 and one .55 if I ever get a smoothbore tc. I really do want to try some steel molds I so far have only used lees but am happy with them.
