Trying to clean up the bottom of the pan on my lock is more difficult than I expected. I'm also dissatisfied with the lock plate. Seems like i cant get the scratchss out as much as i want with wet/dry paper.
After doing some more research, it sounds like I really need some polishing stones to do a good job. I'm looking at a hard and super soft 1/8" square. But are the other shapes important to get as well? Should I go finer than 320 if I plan to fire blue the lock plate?
Thanks in advance.
