i have saw vent picks mounted under the cheek piece of SMR in some sort of eyelet, how are the mounted? what is used to hold them into place?
MBS has manufactured vent pic holders, you can look at their catalog for ideas. Or simply hand bent staples carefully tapped into undersized holes, fitted to your pick. Stay away from square wire picks as they are hard on touch holes. Often a feather was used. BJH
