Ive been watching the Townsends cooking series and decided to try the Savory beef Meat Pie. I used thin sliced deer backstrap, white onions sliced, flour, salt/pepper, savory and some hard cider for the liquid. I cooked it on my Green Egg since I don't have an earth oven. It was downright awesome!! My wife and daughters liked it also. I recommend y'all trying this if you can!
