Okay folks. Since before my time on this forum as a lurker the type of breach used in the TC flintlocks has been debated, sometimes a tad heatedly. Many on here keep posting the pics of the patent breach used in the percussion barrels despite being told they aren't right. Well, here ya go. Finally found a .54 barrel from an old kit to complete a project I've been compiling parts to assemble for a good while now. Having finally seen one in person they don't look that bad. Generous cavity, short column (as compared to the Pedersolis I have), no overly sharp shoulders, and rounded bottom.
