Thanks all! The next good day, I want to take one that is a little closer of my .62 MAtchlock Arquebus, showing the loading and firing sequence.

That lock was made by Albion Small Arms. Leonard Day then mated it to the stock and barrel. I specifically wanted it to be a Dutch style Snaphaunce since my home state of New York was originally the New Netherlands colony.
