I found out couple days ago the fusil was shooting more than a foot high. That was because of using the peep sight which sat a good distance above top of barrel. Took the peep off and it is now centering the pattern about 6 in. Lower than poa. No problem to just make sure I'm seeing some of the barrel and not a fine bead.
All that to say that at 20 yards it is putting 218 #6shot in a 14 in. Circle. Pattern looks good to me. That's 70 gr. 3f and 1 1/4 oz. #6

1 1/4 oz. Equals 90 gr. Volume
So 70 gr. Powder by vol.
And 9o gr. Shot by vol.
