School of the Longhunter held at Prickett's Fort in Fairmont, WV. Mar30-April 3, good time includes meal auction, classes, cost is $60, many are in primitive camp and attire, but they do have room for modern. Contact the fort for any questions

I would love to go to one of these, but that is the same weekend as the Alvin C. York match in TN.

I'll be tree for at least a day. It's in my backyard pretty much. You know about the gun show there on Feb-26-28?

Yes, I thought about going to the show, but it is about a 3 hour drive and there is another show the following week a lot closer, so I will attend that one.

Hope to see you there. Who or what is your persona? I'm a farmer that would rather be out hunting and trapping.

I'm a hunter /spy. I supply meat to the forts and keep an eye out on the trails looking for those pesky trouble makers. Look for me probably one of the few with my beard.
