R. Harsh Rifles

Hi,

Is anyone familiar with R. Harsh rifles? I picked this beauty up at my local gun shop....used of course, but the store owner couldn't tell me anything about the maker.

Any help would be appreciated.

I do not know who R. Harsh is. So, let's next ask the maker of the lock, then the barrel and the triggers. If these parts are from quality sources, then I would say that is an excellent rifle and R. Harsh makes what appears to be a fine rifle.

I have several rifles that have come out the Missouri resurgence of muzzleloading gun making in the 1970's these excellent rifles don't have any makers identification and I will never know who made them. The performance is none-the-less excellent and I enjoy shooting them. Reminds me that the rifles I have made are not signed. I have some work to do!
