Seller is just doing a cell phone bore photo. So, is it better to get an early or late one.

What is the overall price of the mint condition late production gun?

If it is around $500 then I would buy it. If it goes past that then I recommend buying new guns from InvestArms or Pedersoli.

The cell phone bore photo is ludicrous, pass on that unless the seller can get a borescope camera photo.

I think the length of pull (LOP) is longer on the T/C Hawken than the Renegade. There is currently a very nice T/C Hawken with a (reportedly) excellent Green Mountain barrel in the classifieds. I noted it has a neat Williams rear sight, too. Might be worth a look, especially if you plan to shoot patched round balls exclusively.

Best regards,

Notchy Bob
