I own a P-H .451 volunteer Henry rifling.
Normaly used at a range of 100 meter.
What is the powder type (Swiss) and charge and Bullet you use ?

Try 85gr Swiss 2f.
Alexander Henry rifling likes PP bullets..If you can get some swaged bullets from Buffalo Arms - they have a slight cavity base and shoot well.
If not - try a Lyman 451114 with a wad.
I enjoy shooting my original Alexander Henry, even won a match with it.,,
Good luck.
