I picked up an original flintlock fowler a week ago although not by a London maker more so a continental maker .The gun is half stocked with a 48 inch iron barrel and in 16 bore the lock is a standard lock of the period 1780 -1810 the proof marks are foreign the iron trigger guard is finished in a pineapple finial and a walnut plain stock so that makes it of the period not a bad example.

It may have a foreign barrel, but the rest of it's English.
Yes it has the English style but the barrel and the lock are stamped which is faint to see with foreign proof and makers marks .
The lock pan is a standard lock for the period not rain proof but with a roller frizzen , will try and get a close up of the lock
