Here is a photo of an original French trade folder (from Osage country, OK) along with a pistol I and a friend built from scratch modeled after a 1774 English pistol. Pistol has a Rayl .50 barrl and old reshaped Cochran lock.
 
You see some of the nicest looking gear in the Muzzleloading Forum... :hatsoff:
