Sorry to note that the very fine research library of the Oregon Historical Society is closing due to budget cuts, and will be skeleton staffed to handle requests for prints of historic photos. This was a significant resource for print materials and images. Friends, do what you can to protect and support your local historical societies in these difficult times. Your grandchildren will thank you.
