Technically that is still a single stage operation. Also with the most the time being spent forming the paper and glueing them together dumping the powder and placing the balls in that manner probably does not save much time of any. It certainly looks cool though.
 
LOL! 🤣 And to think that I've tried different methods for making paper cartridges! Too bad he cut short his video as I would have liked to see how he glues and seats the ball into each paper cartridge.
