From the province of Quebec, enjoyed blackpowder shooting off an on for over 30 yrs percussion and flint, have done two builds in the last few years in flint, sold most of the modern stuff getting ready to sell the rest . Getting ready for another build and retirement is verrrrrry close so i hope to have time to visit gun shows around the states, around here i would be considered an odd duck shooting flints guns. But i am having more fun shooting front stuffers, even if the barn doors are a little small to hit,

Welcome to our forum! I don't see anything odd about shooting ducks with BP. Modern shot shells still carry the original dram/shot equivelent, carried over from the BP days. Maybe their the odd one's for not adding a little more fun to their sport.

Welcome! As you get ready to retire, better have a plan, as there is not the time available to do everything you want, contrary to popular belief! And please post photos of your new builds.

Still getting used to how friendly everyone is. Same after I moved to this part of Texas. People actually say hi.

Welcome to the MLF! Glad you found our camp. Pull up a stump and join us at the fire and shares some tales. Please do post some pic's of your builds, we sure like to admire others talents.
