Thanks for having me on this forum! I'm from SE Pa (5C). My 15 and 13 year old finally want to go hunting with me during archery and rifle seasons, but here in SE Pa the public land is small and heavily hunted while the private land is scarce as most farmers do not like hunting and/or already using it themselves.

Looking to find some property to lease to get my kids introduced into hunting.

Plenty of public land in North Central PA. 3A/2G. Although you are probably 4hrs away.
It never hurts to ask around. Most people would let you set something up on their property if they knew it was to get youth involved.

Mojo8672,

Thanks for the info. I will start looking around as I still have family living in East Penn, Camp Hill, and Mechanicsburg.
