I don't know what that sight looks like but I recently bought three of these. They are investment cast and come as dropped from the mold. They cleaned up fine.
As far as fit goes, they are a bit small for 3/8" dovetail so should fit metric. I used them in 3/8" with an adjustment that might not be traditional but it worked.
