Has been far from easy. I've built two Colonials, a SMR, two or three GPRS and a mountain rifle from Cabin Creek. No expert but not a beginner either.

Pin wouldn't fit through trigger; had to drill larger even with sanding and filing pin stock.

Trigger was binding on back of trigger plate, had to file both plate and trigger.

Trigger was putting pressure on sear at full cock. Had to file top of trigger considerable amount to get maybe 1/8" of play.

Barrel wouldn't drop in. Had to smoke tang and shave wood in numerous places.

That's as far as I got today.
