Here's a pic of the doe I took opening day.
Went out with my buddy Mr 16 ga and sat down around 1 PM.
One shot kill @ 30 feet.
She was 4.5 yrs old.
I finished the gutting back at the house.
Mighty tasty too.

Well,
She came to be about 1978 best I remember, I tried to finish her but I knew I needed some help.
A few years back I met Len Graves thru a good friend and Len said he could make the parts needed to put her together.
Not a kit gun ya see, so I sent it to Len and three months later I had a shooter.
She is a .50 Lemans with a L&R lock and Green river barrel.
She'll hit a quater at fifty yards 1 outta five shots, she shots in the 3" range at Fifty yards.
I've taken a few coons, squirrels and bunnies with her but this was my first deer with this ol girl.
