Looking for a nice condition but fairly priced revolver. steel frame and 44cal only.
It should work flawless and have no issues, I prefer no markings on the barrel, unless it's a shorter barrel (6.5" or less) or a snub nose

1851, 1858, 1860s really anything with a shorter barrel than the normal 7.5 or 8"

The 1858 Ace or the 1851 Navy 4.875" or snub nose would be ideal

Also I would like to have one of the Whitney revolvers, basically spiller and burr, top strap style. if you have one of these, let me know

Also maybe interested in revolving carbines and rifles that have any connecticut history or markings on them

Looking for mostly guns with barrels shorter than the regular 7.5" or 8" so the walkers and dragoons I'm not as interested in, unless they are pristine Uberti or older models without barrel marks for a good price. Same with the 1860 army and 1851 navy.

however a whitneyville dragoon might be nice

A snub nose, an Ace 3", or a 5ish inch sheriff/police models would be great.

Bump for a Remington Revolving Carbine and Sheriff/Police 5"~ barrel Colt replica models!

Still looking for a Whitney or reolvers with a barrel shorter than 7.5/8"

Been away, but still looking! Steel frame only please

Why not buy a Remington and cut the barrel and round the grip frame. I can PM a photo of one I did to give you an idea if you would like.
Appreciate it, but I would prefer a gun in stock form. I can easily buy the guns I am looking for new for a decent price if I go Pietta at Midway for example, but I am seeing if there are any used deals here first, as I'm not in a rush.

the models such as
1851 Navy 4.875" or snub nose
1858 Ace
1873 Cattleman
