NO FLL REQUIRED TO RECIEVE THIS IS A MUZZLELOADER. However, this gun will be shipped to you from an FLL. I will be shipping this rifle from Bowman's Gun Shop in Gouverneur, N.Y. This K. R. Briesien is not an easy find. .45 Cal underhammer with small primer ignition and Lyman Sights. Includes original ram rod and wooden case. Made in Warsaw, N.Y. by Ken Bresien. I would guess this rifle weighs around 35 I have not weighed it. It appears to have a 1:38 twist. It has a false muzzle. Barrel length is 41 inches with false muzzle remove

This was my grandfathers. I will try to answer any questions you have. Much about this gun is outside of my realm. I shoot black powder, but I have no experience with bench guns like this.,

This gun will have to be shipped UPS Ground. Possibly FedEx. Both the FedEx and UPS stores are about a 40 minute drive from me.
