I took this in thinking I was gonna bore the barrel and and swap out some furniture but have decided to move on to another project.
I know this isn’t a Carolina or type G trade gun as we know them today but this was what Jackie called this model. It has browned steel furniture, a .54 cal 42” Oct. to round barrel and L&R Queen Anne lock. Despite the thickness of the muzzle the gun weighs 6.8 pounds according to my scale at home. The LOP is 13 3/4”.
There isn’t a ramrod in the pic but I will remedy that this weekend and it will come with a rod. The price is 850.00 shipped to your door. (In the lower 48)
