Japanese matchlock bits required,help.

I have a great Ten Mon teppo, short barrel with silver overlay and family crests, sadly the fuse(?) arm(?) has been replaced with a new job, although that must be over twenty years ago.
Any idea how I can get a genuine replacement and of course a piece of cord?.
