It was with the right hand, grab bread slice, dunk one side, flip, dunk other side, remove and toss into pan being held by other hand over hot fire. Wipe fingers and handle spatula. Flip and cook other side, then remove cooked toast to serving tray and repeat. No time for niceties.

The Fireball bourbon will fix all of that....
