Hey Randal, Welcome. This is Buck in the Shenandoah Valley near Winchester. Have you ever attended a shoot at Ft. Shenandoah the home of the N-SSA? That's all we shoot out there is black powder. Real close to where I live. If your interested in checking it out let me know.

I never heard of the Winchester Conservation Club it looks great. Too bad I'm in Loudoun.. Seems like there are quite a few Northern VA shooters on here.
Buck, Yes I've heard of the N-SSA, but haven't ever been out there for a skirmish, but I probably should now that I'm retired. I used to live at Lake Holiday out on Rt. 522, and would go very near you on Siler road, when I'd drive out to Peacemaker. We could hear the skirmishes on occasion from Lake Holiday. I've bought all my powder from Back Creek, who is one of your suppliers.
